I too didn't realize how old the post was when I started reading it, and then started using it. . .just yesterday.
While, my initial, "hey, this isn't uber at all", feelings about the build are now validated after finding out it has been nerfed, I was still able to finish Gate of Madness and Abaddon with masters rating. This was my first time through the NF campaign, and I completed both missions in one try on normal mode.
So, to summarize, this build is quite effective, it's just not as uber as it once was. And if you cannot accomplish your tasks with it, either keep practicing or switch around some stuff to make it work for your play style.
Still. Good job by the OP.
Thank you.

I've only been playing the warrior, rit, and monk for the most part. I know nothing at all about the paragon profession and it's skills, nor do I want to know. I don't like the NF professions, hence the lack of knowledge.
The reason why I came to this thread and posted, is because I thought: Hey.. This might be a good build that will allow me to "PWN" everything without any understanding of how it works. Yes I know this kind of thinking is not cool, but can you really blame me? I don't want to grind, devise builds, etc. It's a game and I want to have fun. If I actually wanted to think, I would! (and I do, when I feel like it.)
Yes. I admit it. I use people who have nothing better to do with their time than to sit there for hours and make builds... I don't see how that is a crime. If these people objected to people like me using them, they wouldn't share!
PS: I dont see why a mod doesnt close this damned thread. It confuses people and makes them think the build still owns.

As was stated by two people prior.... you are a dunce basically. Maybe you've learned to read the date on things now. This build OWNED when it was posted. It's mediocre now sadly and still we have more "skill nerf...err.. balances" coming.

Very Nice build I would love to try it. Does it still work very well after the Armor Bonus Nerf?

I have an alternative that I varied from this that works very well as a defensive set-up.... involving an almost identical Monk build (sometimes using Divert Hexes as the Elite and swapping Revealed Hex for another skill) and two Paragons [Hayda & Morgahn]... one set for Command / Leadership and the other for Motivation.
I don't have the precise build with me right now, and I have technically subbed it away for the triple Necro build.... but it is still very defensively potent (and works amazingly well for quests with offensive NPC allies or allies needing protection).
Best to just try setting up along those lines... picking the skills you think would work and seeing what you come up with.

I don't have to have the latest and greatest model.
Geez we'd all be driving the same thing.
It doesn't have all the latest upgrades, bells and whistles, but it still gets me to work and back and I still don't have to make a monthly payment.
